Once you purchased the voucher, you will receive a PDF that includes a code, to be used for redeeming the voucher.

If you would like the recipient name to feature on the voucher you need to fill in their name under “Full name” when booking.

All information such as confirmation and reminder will go to the email the voucher was booked with.

You will have the option of receiving a gift card should you want something to give as a present – details on that option will follow as part of your confirmation email.

If you have a gift voucher to redeem, simply click Book Now and fill in your voucher code to see the available dates for the relevant number of people. The voucher code will not be used until you confirm the date, so you can have a look at the calendar without redeeming the voucher code.

Please note, the voucher code is valid for six months from the date of purchase, and cannot be extended.

If you want to add more people than the voucher is valid for, you need to make two bookings – one redeeming the voucher, and one purchase of new tickets for the same date. To ensure availability for everyone on the same date, we recommend you to check the availability for your total number of people first. Vouchers can be redeemed for use at the Distillery (Grantchester) or the Gin Lab (Central Cambridge).
