As well as providing a beautiful backdrop for our work, the meadows are a great source of inspiration and serve as our botanical cabinet offering fruits, blossoms and flowers from which we create some of our gins.
Our classes at the Distillery are suspended whilst we refurbish our tasting room. In the meantime, there are plenty of exciting classes available at our Gin Laboratory in central Cambridge.
