Carefully created from a unique seasonal blend of locally-foraged, fresh botanicals, harvested in June 2025. Juniper provides a clean, confident backbone, lifted by the citrus clarity of lemon verbena. Pineapple weed, gathered from our neighbouring meadow, brings an almost tropical sweetness to the mid-palate, complemented by the crisp orchard character of Royal Gala apple. Nettle runs quietly throughout, adding a green, textural backbone that carries the finish with persistence and finesse.
