Master Distiller and Master of Wine, William Lowe, utilised his unique novo-dimensional distillation matrix. Through precise calibration of temperature, timing, and pressure, each botanical harvested from the Distillery surroundings, was treated with utmost care to preserve it's essence. The result is a rare gin boasting a ripe pineapple weed base, complemented by the subtle floral notes of hawthorn blossom. The palate is characterised by the restrained fruitiness of flowering redcurrant, intertwined with the citrusy nuances of lemon balm, culminating in an extended, elegant finish.
