Lemon thyme, oregano and early crops of sloe berries were harvested a short walk from the distillery in the early and cold Autumn of 2021. The result is a clean, crisp gin in which the green notes of lemon thyme and oregano are complemented by lovage and nasturtium, providing depth and spice towards a long and lingering finish.
